May Trip to Southern FL - RFI

I am planning a visit to Florida in mid-May to do some fishing and birding in the keys.

My plan is to arrive in Orlando after a red eye, drive to Haulover Canal in Brevard County and see the American Flamingos there. I then will be driving south to Marathon in the Keys – it’ll be my base for a few days of fishing before returning home via a PM flight from Miami. I am hoping to connect with the following species. Any tips, either in the Keys, along my driving route, or in the Everglades (as I have a day open) would be greatly appreciate.

Antillean Nighthawk – Marathon Airport… any best spots to wait would be appreciated.
Chuck-will’s-widow – Planning a before sunrise stop at the Everglades NP Coe visitor center but am open to other locations.
King Rail – would love to get a visual sighting
Yellow-headed Caracara – best bet Haulover Park at sunrise? If I can’t make a sunrise trip, where would you look in the afternoon?
